Due to the impact of the Noto Peninsula earthquake that occurred on the evening of Monday, January 1, there has been a significant delay in the delivery of luggage. In addition, in some areas, the delivery of luggage has been suspended.

・ In some parts of Ishikawa Prefecture and part of Toyama Prefecture, we will stop delivering packages due to the suspension of collection and delivery.

■ Areas where there are delays in the delivery of packages
・ From all over Japan to part of Ishikawa Prefecture and part of Toyama Prefecture
・ From part of Ishikawa Prefecture and part of Toyama Prefecture to the whole country

● Cut off time for Delivery

We will ship out your purchase if payment completed by weekdays 15:00 (Japan Standard time). Purchase during weekends/holidys will be shipped the next business day. 
Delivery  is  delayed due to the weather and the holiday.

● Japan Airports Pick up service available from November 2022

1) Pick up service is available at below airports' post office during respective business days and hours. Click on your arrival airport below to confirm your pick up time is available (Japanese only):

Haneda Airport, Narita Airport Terminal 1 / Terminal 2, Chuba Centra Airport, New Chisato Airport 

2) Please provide your passport name, flight NO., arrival date & time in the memo space.

3) Please complete your purchase 5 business days before arrival, or you might not be able to pick up at the airport
