[How to use]
1. Access the activation application page from the QR code on the package/email.
2. Enter the product model number (DHA-SIM-XXX) written on the package/email and the SIM number written on the SIM card in the application page.
3. Insert the SIM card and turn on "Mobile Data", "Data roaming", and "5G/4G/LTE" under Settings after arriving at your destination.
*Please apply for activation at least 3 days before departure. For immediate assistance, please contact our support center.
*There may be cases where the eSIM does not work when using MVNO (low-cost SIM). Please delete the profile of the MVNO (low-cost SIM) first and proceed to setting up the eSIM.
