Thank you for purchasing a DHA SIM.

Some of the DHA SIM requires activation before you can use it. 

If your instruction manual mentions that activation is required, please follow the steps below to submit your request.

If your SIM number starts with "22", or if you are using any eSIM plan (excluding DHA-SIM-208 and DHA-SIM-352), you can now apply easily and quickly via the new activation page:

Important Notes

  • Activation may take up to 48 hours, so please apply at least 2 days before your departure.

  • Once activated, SIM/eSIMs cannot be refunded or returned, even if unused.

  • Device compatibility is not guaranteed. SIM-locked or incompatible devices may not work.

  • eSIMs cannot be transferred or reissued to another device.

To  customers visit to US: For Lycamobile/T-Mobile, Service will start between 9 AM to 11 AM PST on the date of registration. If you wish to use the service earlier, please select 1 day prior.

To customers visit to Australia:Optus SIM (DHA-SIM-230) requires the following detail:

  • The name on the activation application must match the name on your passport.

  • Please copy and fill in the following items under Memo:

    1. Passport Number:

    2. Date of Birth (YYYY/MM/DD):

    3. Country of Passport Issuance:
