Activation

Thank you for purchasing a DHA SIM.
Some of the DHA SIM requires activation before you can use it.
If your instruction manual mentions that activation is required, please follow the steps below to submit your request.

If your SIM number starts with "22", or if you are using any eSIM plan (excluding DHA-SIM-208 and DHA-SIM-352), you can now apply easily and quickly via the new activation page:

Activation may take up to 48 hours, so please apply at least 2 days before your departure.

Once activated, SIM/eSIMs cannot be refunded or returned, even if unused.

Device compatibility is not guaranteed. SIM-locked or incompatible devices may not work.

eSIMs cannot be transferred or reissued to another device.
