Thank you for purchasing DHA SIM.

Some of the DHA SIM requires activation before you can use it. 

For those which requires activations, please fill in the below form.  

Please be advised that activation may takes up to 48hours, so please apply 2 days before your travel (usage). 

  • Refund and Return Policy After Activation
    Once activated, SIM cards and eSIMs become unusable, and refunds or returns cannot be accepted even if you do not actually use them. If you encounter any issues during use, please contact us promptly via the support form or LINE @dhasim.

    *Please note that inquiries regarding issues after returning to your home country cannot be processed for refunds or returns due to the inability to verify the situation.

  • Regarding Compatible Devices
    Submitting an application does not guarantee compatibility.
    Please ensure that your device and plan are compatible before applying, or contact us via the support form for assistance.
    *Refunds or returns cannot be processed if the device is incompatible due to SIM locks, red ROMs, lack of eSIM support, or unsupported local carrier frequencies.

  • About eSIM
    eSIMs cannot be transferred to other devices or reissued, so please ensure that you do not delete it until the usage period has ended.

To  customers visit to US: For Lycamobile/T-Mobile, Service will start between 9 AM to 11 AM PST on the date of registration. If you wish to use the service earlier, please select 1 day prior.

To customers visit to Australia:Optus SIM (DHA-SIM-230) requires the following detail:

  • The name on the activation application must match the name on your passport.

  • Please copy and fill in the following items under Memo:
