About product delivery

・Products ordered by customers will be delivered via Nekoposu/Takkyubin Compact/Takkyubin (Yamato Transport).

・If you use the airport post office pick-up service, your package will be delivered by "Letter Pack (Japan Post)".

・Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays will be shipped the same day.

-Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

*Products ordered on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

・We do not ship overseas.

-Items cannot be shipped to various forwarding/receiving agency services such as overseas forwarding services, post office box services, etc.

・Pre-order items will be shipped within 2 months from the date of order.

・If payment is made at a convenience store, the item will be shipped after payment is confirmed.

About delivery date and time specification

・It is not possible to specify the date and time for product delivery.

About bundling

・We cannot accept bundled orders for additional orders.

・We cannot accept orders for standard products and pre-order products to be bundled together.

Number of days it takes to deliver

・Items will be shipped sequentially from the next business day at the earliest, and delivered within 1 to 4 days. (Excluding Golden Week, year-end and New Year holidays, inventory period, etc.)

*However, due to the government's declaration of a state of emergency due to the spread of the new coronavirus, delivery times may take longer than usual.

In case of absence

・If you are not present at the time of delivery of a product that does not fit in the mailbox, the delivery company will send you an "absence form".

・For products that do not fit in the post after being shipped from our company, the shipping company (Yamato Transport) will hold them for up to 8 days.

・Please adjust your desired delivery date and receive the product within the redelivery period.

*Please note that if you do not receive your absentee ticket for more than 8 days after we deliver it, your order will be cancelled.

*If you wish to purchase, please place a new order.

・If you refuse to receive the package or continue to be unable to receive the package due to long-term absence, we may restrict your future purchases.

Notes

-Delays may occur from the scheduled delivery date due to various circumstances such as traffic conditions, weather, disasters, and man-made disasters.

・Depending on the contents of your order, it may take approximately 3 to 7 days to ship depending on the storage warehouse arrangement.

・Please note that if the delivery company (Yamato Transport) does not receive the delivery within the storage period, it will be returned to us and we will not be able to reship it.
