Thank you for purchasing DHA SIM.
Some of the DHA SIM requires activation before you can use it.
If your instruction manual mentions that activation is required, please follow the steps below to submit your request.

For SIM cards with numbers starting with “22” or for all eSIM plans (except DHA-SIM-208 and DHA-SIM-352), you can easily and quickly apply through the new page below.
You will receive an activation completion email immediately after your application.
If your plan is not listed above or you cannot apply through the new page, please use the form below.
Important Notes

Applications submitted through the activation form may take up to 48 hours to complete. Please apply at least 2 days before using the service.

Once activated, SIM/eSIMs cannot be refunded or returned, even if unused.

This service is not compatible with locked SIMs or unsupported devices. Please check device compatibility beforehand.

eSIMs cannot be transferred or reissued to other devices.
